In order to fulfill the personnel policy requirement reported to the Human Resources department, the company first reviews the candidates available in the company's CV database in line with recruitment needs. (Our company conducts CV processing face-to-face at our mining office.) As a result of the evaluation of applications, candidates deemed suitable for the position are included in the interview process. In this process, group interviews are conducted by a team consisting of Human Resources and relevant department representatives. During the interviews, Human Resources assess the candidate's behavioral competencies and cultural fit with the company, while the relevant technical department evaluates the candidate's technical skills.
