As Koçhanlar Mining, we are aware that Occupational Health and Safety is an integral part of our business.
With this awareness, we act in accordance with the legal requirements of our country, the Occupational Health and Safety Management System requirements, and other relevant regulations to eliminate or minimize any potential harm to our employees, third parties, or company assets in all our areas of operation. We are committed to implementing the values we have adopted as our mission.
02. Environment
As Koçhanlar Mining, we are aware that protecting and improving the environment we live in is an integral part of our business and our lives.
With this awareness, we continuously update the infrastructure to evaluate natural resources in the most efficient way, aiming to completely eliminate or minimize the environmental impacts that may arise from our activities. We comply with the legal requirements of our country, the Environmental Management System requirements, and operate with an environmentally compatible, sustainable mining approach, while implementing the values we have adopted as our mission.

Our Social Management Approach
In our social management approach, we adopt a people-centered and community-contributing mindset. Aware of our responsibilities towards our employees and society, we strive to fulfill these responsibilities in the most effective and positive way. We consider safety as our top priority and remain committed to protecting the health and well-being of our employees.
Some Examples of Our Social Responsibility Activities
As Koçhanlar Mining, our site supervisor Canan Geçit, President of the Miner Women’s Mutual Aid and Social Solidarity Association has initiated many different social responsibility projects.
